(Courtesy of Miznon Kosher) Bell Works, the thriving two-million-square-foot mixed-use hub blending offices, retail, dining and hospitality, recently celebrated the official grand opening of Miznon Kosher in Holmdel, New Jersey. The kosher certified eatery, known for its fresh and seasonally inspired ingredients, was unveiled with a ribbon-cutting ceremony featuring Michelin-starred Head Chef Eyal Shani.
Shani, a global leader in Mediterranean cuisine, offered special remarks during the event and joined Deputy Mayor Brian Foster in welcoming guests to experience Miznon Kosher’s take on Mediterranean street food. The event also highlighted the restaurant’s new catering services and expanded hours at the New Jersey location, making its offerings more accessible to both visitors and the wider community.
