This week, Gan Dvorim went to Moriah’s garden for a final visit before spring. They spent time observing all the plant beds and seeing how plants prepare for winter. It was so fun to look at and smell the lavender, mint, sage, oregano and tarragon, and taste the very sweet parsley. Students can’t wait to return to the GrowTorah program in March to see what plants begin to emerge in spring.
