Moriah celebrated Yom Ha’atzmaut this past week. One of the day’s activities was entitled, “A Taste of Israel.” Each child had the opportunity to taste a number of typical Israeli foods, and then fill out a survey chart with their preferences. After the taste test, students shared their opinions with their classmates.
