New Jersey will be celebrating the 3rd Annual “Respect Week” during the week of October 7. The Moriah School will be honoring this week by running ongoing programs for we students about respect with an emphasis on online responsible behavior and good digital citizenship. To encourage this practice Moriah has hired Detective Melissa Straub of High Impact to provide lessons to our students in grades 4 through 8.

On October 8th at 2:45 and on October 9 at 7:30 PM Moriah will be hosting an event for parents “Parenting in the Digital Age” This event will be conducted by Melissa Straub of Hi Impact (http://youthtrainingsolutions.com/) Melissa will be adapting her parenting presentation for our population focusing on online aggression and cyber bullying, irresponsible technology use, techniques to speak with your child and how to respond if there is an incident.
