This week, Moriah kindergarten students had their second publishing party! The children discussed opinions and that people’s opinions are special because people feel strongly about them. Then, each child chose a special Chanukah food they thought was the best. They chose between latkes, sufganiyot and chocolate gelt. After stating their opinion, the children had to back up their opinion with a reason. They discussed each of their opinions with their friends and told them the reason. When they were all finished, they each presented their work in front of the class with lots of applause!
