The Moriah music room is pumping with second grade Chumash song rehearsals, first grade music theory, beats and activities, third grade planetary melody introduction, kindergarten call-and-response rhythm learning exercises and more! In the fourth and fifth grade, classes were invested in an exciting recording in honor of last week’s Shabbos Project. To be featured at a challah bake for over 1,000 women, they created a recording of a parody based on the song, “The Greatest Show,” called “The Greatest Dough.” The fourth and fifth grade classes recorded vocals, helped manage the computer element of the mixing vocal process and learned unique lyrics all about the process of challah baking and coming together as a community. The Moriah recording studio emphasizes projects that contribute to the world at large and the wonderful Moriah students demonstrated talent, effort and community in this recording.
