The first day of camp is always exciting, but the first day of Bnei Akiva’s Moshava Ba’ir New Jersey’s 10th Summer Celebration with 677 campers was exceptional!
The campers walked into camp on Monday greeted by sunshine and colorful posters and signs all throughout camp. Everyone enjoyed fun activities, ice cream and a ruach-filled dance party after lunch. The rest of the week was equally exciting with memorable events like tie-dye fun, a Benny Friedman concert and the always amusing mad scientist, Dr. Shnitzel!
In true Bnei Akiva style, campers also enjoyed fun learning experiences, such as learning about Torah Shebaal Peh and the relevance of their bunk names. This week’s theme was zeraim: brachot and tefillah, and unique chinuch sessions were tied in for every age group.
Looking forward to another seven successful weeks of sun, fun, and Torah v’avodah!
