MTA talmidim in Rabbi Danto’s freshman shiur had a “farher” (oral bechina) with Yeshiva University Rosh Yeshiva Rav Yaakov Neuburger. Hands were flying in the air as talmidim excitedly answered Rav Neuburger’s questions, clearly demonstrating their true understanding of the Gemara they mastered over the year through intense chazara. Afterwards, they celebrated the culmination of an incredible year of Torah learning with a siyum on Masechet Taanit at Rabbi Danto’s home.
