MTA recently launched an exciting new Sophomore Seminar program. This innovative initiative includes fun and engaging grade-wide workshops that promote team building and enable sophomores to learn new skills. “As sophomores reach the halfway point of their high school experience, we wanted to give them the special opportunity to bond together as a grade, expand their individual skill sets and learn how to work together in groups, through this unique hands-on learning program,” said Dean of Student Life Rabbi Danny Konigsberg. “Sophomore Seminar enables talmidim to grow, both individually and collectively as a grade, and also allows our rebbeim, faculty and staff to spend more time with the talmidim outside of the classroom.” Talmidim had a blast at their first workshop, which was held on Thursday, December 16, and they can’t wait for the next one!
