Since last Sunday a group of MTA talmdim have been on the ground in Romania helping to resettle orphans displaced by the ongoing war in Ukraine. It is a special privilege for these talmidim to assist on the mission, run by the Tikvah Fund and NCSY. It is one thing to learn about chesed in a theoretical sense, but during their time in MTA the talmidim chosen for the mission have been inspired to put their learning into action and they have been making a profound impact for children who are desperately in need.
