Teaneck—On June 20th, a group of very talented young musicians will perform popular songs ranging from Elvis Presley to Mumford and Sons at a benefit concert in Teaneck. This is the third year that Ben Hyman, a guitar instructor located in Bergen County, has organized a concert to raise money for various charities. The students, selected for their motivation and ability, range in age from 10 to 18 years old and are coached by Hyman, Jon Shiffman and Anthony Cavallo. This year, the concert will benefit the Hope and Heroes Children’s Cancer Fund, an organization that provides philanthropic support to the Herbert Irving Child & Adolescent Oncology Center at Columbia University Medical Center.
The concert will be performed at the Benjamin Franklin Middle School, 1315 Taft Road, Teaneck. Doors open at 6:30 PM and the concert will begin at 7:00 PM. All ages are invited to attend. Tickets are $18 upfront and $25 on the day of event. Priority seats and sponsorships are available. Please use the link below to purchase tickets or make a donation.
