In preparation for the new school year, Naaleh’s faculty gathered for a few days of exciting and enriching professional development. Teachers engaged in break out department planning sessions, a dynamic discussion about mastering the art of balancing high expectations with compassion, and hands-on CPR training. The staff also delved into Naaleh’s mission statement, reflecting on the core values of what the school wants to accomplish, and everyone participated in a special Lev Hashuva session showcasing the Lifnai V’lifnim method of developing deeper connections to Torah and each other. Naaleh’s commitment to the professional growth of their faculty is one of the things that makes it such a nurturing, mission-driven environment.
