The Naaleh freshmen had an awesome end-of-year trip to the Poconos. The day began with white water rafting down the Lehigh River as the girls enjoyed navigating the rapids, singing and friendly water fights. After drying off, each girl got a turn on the 900 foot zipline. It was amazing to watch the girls face their fears as they stepped off the ladder to fly down the line and wave to their friends cheering them on from below! Dinner was a delicious build-your-own Chickies sandwich before boarding the buses back to Mechanechet Mrs. Bluman’s backyard for a bonfire. Reflecting on their growth as individuals and as a grade together, roasting marshmallows, a kumzitz and a video montage was the perfect ending to the day and their year as Naaleh freshmen!
