Naaleh Sophomores Help Out at Chesed 24/7

During Chesed Cheshvan, the Naaleh students have been participating in all kinds of community service, including a chesed trip for each grade. The 10th graders visited Chesed 24/7 in Monsey. They learned about the organization and volunteered making Shabbos boxes for those who have a hospital stay over Shabbos. These boxes are filled with Shabbos necessities like besamim, electric tea lights, grape juice and faux flowers. The girls added a special touch by stuffing mini teddy bears and crafting heartfelt personal cards, ensuring that the patients and their families feel the support of their community during a challenging time. All of the Naaleh students have valued their time learning about the many wonderful organizations that provide chesed and tzedaka to surrounding communities, and they have loved being able to contribute directly to these efforts.
