Last week, Naaleh freshmen were paired up with sophomore big sisters to help them navigate their high school adjustment and to promote the tight-knit warmth that has become a trademark of the Naaleh experience. With just a picture of their big sister’s shoes in hand, Naaleh freshmen found their sole-mate, and once paired up, they solved rhymes, riddles and puzzles together, leading them to discover the Chickies truck parked outside of school. Students enjoyed their delicious surprise over hilarious ice breaker games and table games, enabling the students to open up and connect to one another in a relaxed and natural context. The program was a huge success, creating memories, strengthening connections and fostering friendships.
