Naaleh Students Awarded National Cyber Scholarships

The National Cyber Scholarship Foundation (NCSF) is a national nonprofit whose mission is to identify, nurture and empower the next generation of cybersecurity experts; and eliminate the cybersecurity skills gap in the United States. Thousands of high school students nationwide participated to score points while solving a wide range of cybersecurity challenges through an exciting online cybersecurity training program sponsored by the NCSF. Top scorers in the program earned an invitation to participate in the Cyber Foundations Academy, valued at more than $3,000, with bonus scholarships also up for grabs. Over 45,000 students nationwide sought to qualify for a National Cyber Scholarship (NCS), with only a small percentage meeting the requirements.

Naaleh is proud of two of its students, Chana Aspir ‘23 and Tamara Landman ‘24, who participated in the program. Chana has been named a Scholar by the National Cyber Scholarship Foundation and Tamara has been named a Finalist by the National Cyber Scholarship Foundation. Both students have been awarded valuable prizes including invitations to participate in the Cyber Foundations Academy—a multi-week online program based on the nationally recognized SANS Foundations training course and certification.
