Congratulations to the Naaleh High School for Girls Torah Bowl Team on winning the girls’ division championships! At the championship meet, held virtually, the top six teams in the Torah Bowl league competed for the 5781 title. The competition was close and exciting, with fast-paced questions and answers on Bamidbar 1-12 with Rashi, but Naaleh emerged as the clear winner. The girls embraced the challenge and opportunity to learn Torah on their own this year, and gained so much from the experience. Congratulations to Emunah Aspir, Ruthy Bron, Aura Klavan, Aliza Moskowitz, Sara Moskowitz, Meira-Leah Novick, Adina Shapiro, Eliana Skoczylas and Racheli Wechter on their hard work and thanks to Rochel Gans for her guidance and support! Torah Bowl was developed and is coordinated by Rabbi Mair Wolofsky since 1995, with close to 70 teams in the New York/New Jersey metropolitan area.
