Perhaps I am jaded, especially when it comes to Israel and the surrounding terrorist organizations, but I am absolutely fed up with organizations and news agencies that manage to focus on problems faced by so-called Palestinians but seem to forget what Hamas has done to Israelis.
TV news has shown a woman in Gaza crying and complaining that what has happened there is genocide. Another cries about the living conditions. The Red Cross, with a questionable history of its own, cites the harsh conditions the residents of Gaza are facing.
Not one has condemned the attack by Hamas and the Israelis, old women, children and concert goers who were murdered. Nor do they make note of the decapitated babies, IDF soldiers and others shot in their homes. They seemed to have missed proof of Hamas restraining parents forced to watch as the terrorists murder their infants. Secretary Blinken made note of the fact that he saw many of these murder victims, including bullet-riddled bodies of infants.
No news outlet nor any of the enraged student organizations at Columbia University and other schools have taken note of the fact that Hamas hides weapons and their own stations in civilian areas. In fact, after Israel warned Gaza residents to leave Gaza City, Hamas urged them to stay; obviously so that they could go crying to the Red Cross, the students and the U.N. (Useless Nation) as well as the media to cite the civilians who would be killed in an Israeli offensive.
The U.N. has historically been quick to issue condemnation of Israel when it defends itself. Note it was nowhere to be seen in condemning the atrocities Hamas visited upon Israeli civilians. Hamas terrorists are not animals. Animals would never do what they have done. They are, plain and simple, sub-human.
Demonstrations on college campuses, which include Jewish students, are the product of extreme left-wing professors. They are all drinking from the same Kool-Aid cup. They ignore the fact, while calling Israel “apartheid,” that there are Arab members of the Knesset, the IDF, police forces and are part of society. There are no synagogues in Arab nations, but Israel provides security for mosques within its borders. Most of those countries have no Jewish residents. Yet Israel is a polyglot of religions and cultures.
The Arab nations have kept the “refugees” in camps for 75 years because they can use them as political pawns. Not one Arab country has offered them citizenship, the ability to work and go to school and live a decent life. Yet Israel is designated as apartheid. What they forget is that at the inception of Israel the so-called Palestinians were urged by the Grand Mufti of Jerusalem, a close friend of Adolph Hitler, to leave so that their armies could return and cleanse the land of Jews. Israel today is the only democracy in the Middle East. There are no kings and princes, no sheiks and ayatollahs in Israel. There is a freely elected government. An anomaly in that region.
Golda Mier said: “There will be peace when they love their children as much as they hate us.” She might have added that they love their children enough to not use them as suicide bombers and human shields.
To date Israel is the only entity asked to make concessions and give up land for peace. The Arabs have offered nothing but death and destruction.
