In September, Hatzalah of MetroWest was notified that it had been nominated by the NJ Department of Health, along with a small group of other Emergency Medical Service providers, as Prehospital Provider of the Year.

Shael Sokolowski, one of Hatzalah of MetroWest’s founding coordinators, shared with The Jewish Link, “Although the ultimate honor went to the Neptune Township EMS, I think it is a wonderful reflection on our all-volunteer organization, and an exciting mention given we’ve just entered our third year of operations in September.”
