Our award-winning chili recipe was created back in 1992 when it was first added to the menu. It’s a traditional Spanish chili, made with fresh ground chuck, overnight beans, fresh-peeled tomatoes, garlic, peppers, onions, spices and of course red hot chili peppers. However, the key is not the ingredients on their own, but the specialty crafted ceramic pots that it simmers in just prior to serving.

The chili has been offered in various ways on our menu throughout the years. Chili Appetizer, Chili Hot Dog, Chili Burger, Chili Entrée, and of course the ever-popular Nachos Smothered With Chili. It’s also sold in bulk by the pound or in 9” x 13” pans. In 2021, we will be offering chili specials on our new online ordering platform, available at www.noahsark.net.”
