Ohr Yisroel got into the Purim spirit this past week with a host of events coordinated by beloved rebbe, Rav Azzi Kimmel. Beyond the many shiurim and chavrusas that delved into all aspects of Purim, the talmidim participated in a festive and diverse costume contest, played a remarkably competitive game of musical chairs and partook in a DIY donut bar. Finally, the annual Ohr Yisroel’s Got Talent show highlighted the wide range of talents the talmidim possess beyond the shiur room. The programming concluded with a moving kumzitz which featuring the talented talmidim and their beloved rebbeim singing and sharing inspiring words of Torah.
