Seth Damski, of Old City Investment Partners, returned after the long break to discuss GameStop, Robinhood and Reddit in his weekly business lecture to Ohr Yisroel students. He discussed the ramifications of the past week’s events, highlighted the business and life lessons and emphasized his weekly mantra that RISK IS REAL and ultimately Hashem is in charge of everything. Later in the day Ohr Yisroel talmidim were fortunate to hear Audrey Weisz speak about her brother’s unfortunate and tragic death 10 years ago. She spoke about the dangers of addiction and how recreational drug use can seem harmless and fun but has severe consequences.
