Olive Oil Pasta For Parshat Tetzaveh

In this week’s parsha, Hashem commands Moshe to bring him olive oil and to pour it on the kohanim’s heads. So this week, we will make one of my favorite and easy recipes: pasta aglio e olio (it sounds fancier than it is!).

Pasta Aglio e Olio

1. Cook your favorite pasta according to directions

2. Sauté sliced garlic cloves in olive oil, sprinkle salt and pepper on it and some red pepper flakes if you have.

3. Right before taking off the stove, sprinkle chopped fresh Italian parsley.
