Parshat Noach came to life for the JKHA students in Early Childhood and Grades 1 and 2. They were greeted by a petting zoo as a hands-on way of observing some of the animals that were on the teivah. Students were able to pet a donkey, chickens, ducks, rabbits, sheep and goats. They even examined each animal to see if the animal was kosher based on its cud-chewing and hooves.
