Pesach at Preschool at Chabad Fort Lee

After many weeks exploring different concepts of Passover, including life in a desert and how to work hard, the children at the Preschool at Chabad of Fort Lee celebrated the holiday of Passover using many ritual objects that they creatively designed on their own. Each family’s own Seder will be enhanced with many items including a seder plate, and a box of items to adorn their table and be used to tell the famous story. The children discovered animals that are native to a desert, they attempted to create bricks, they built a pyramid in the classroom, they made charoset from scratch and smelled and tasted maror as they remembered the hard lives the Jewish people must have lived. And they love to sing so many popular Pesach tunes!!! Just ask them and the children will be happy to teach you some Passover songs!!
