Phillip Levitan (left) recently celebrated his second bar mitzvah, on his 83^rd birthday, at Chabad of West Orange. Phil read the Haftorah and gave a moving speech at the special celebratory kiddush luncheon. Phil was also surprised with a special gift: a silver Torah crown from Israel presented by his wife, Shirley, his children and his grandchildren.
