Please Consider Front Page Photos With Care

Thank you for the weekly emails and printed paper. We enjoy it very much as a family.

On that note, do you think the front cover could be more careful with the pictures that are printed? As a family newspaper, I value not having to hide or cover the pictures of the front cover as opposed to other magazines and papers that I can’t bring into my house because of the front cover pictures.

The edition last week, though important to cover the story of terror in Israel, is a bit out of realm for a family paper. No child (thinking of my own, ages 9 and 6) should have to be exposed to a father holding his dead child wrapped in a tallit. Though the article headline isn’t quite understood by them, a picture is worth 1,000 words.

Please keep in mind that these papers sit on our couches and coffee tables. We have exposed our children to so much today, I’d like to know that your paper still remains a safe family edition.

Thank you.
