(Courtesy of Lamdeinu) Purim is now behind us, and Pesach is on its way! Instead of panicking, join Lamdeinu and learn the laws, concepts and texts of Pesach. Lamdeinu is offering four ways to do that.

This week Lamdeinu launches its three-part “Pre-Pesach Wednesdays” series. Pre-Pesach Wednesday classes will take place from 10:15 to 11:30 a.m. each week. On Wednesday, March 3, Rabbi Menachem Leibtag will teach “The Greatest Passovers in Biblical History: From Yehoshua to Ezra.” On Wednesday, March 10, Rabbanit Sara Wolkenfeld will discuss “The Role of Midrash in the Haggadah of Pesach” and on Wednesday, March 17, Channa Lockshin Bob will consider, “Real Questions and Fake Questions at the Seder.”

Lamdeinu will also offer a three-part series on Shir HaShirim, the megillah customarily read on Pesach. Rabbi Alex Israel will discuss, “‘Water Cannot Extinguish the Love’: Allegory, Structure and Meaning in Shir HaShirim.” This series will take place on Tuesdays from 11:15 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., beginning Tuesday, March 9.
