Professor Eric Goldman to Discuss ‘The Shoah Through the Lens of Cinema’

The Northern New Jersey Holocaust Memorial & Education Center, in conjunction with the Teaneck Library, is proud to feature renowned Jewish cinema scholar Dr. Eric Goldman, who will discuss “The Shoah Through the Lens of Cinema.”

Dr. Goldman will explore how cinema reflects memories and experiences of the Holocaust as well as how it affects and shapes our understanding of the Shoah.

The lecture will take place on Wednesday January 10, at 7:00 p.m. at the Teaneck Public Library, 840 Teaneck Road. Parking is available in the municipal lot.

Admission is free; donations are appreciated.

This is the first in a series of events presented by the Northern New Jersey Holocaust Memorial & Education Center, which will be built on the Teaneck Municipal Green as part of the “Garden to Nurture Human Understanding.”
