To kick off 2017, Psagot Winery, in the Jerusalem hills, held a special observance of terumot and maasrot (produce offerings and tithes), attended by rabbis and management of the Badatz supervision of Jerusalem.

During the special occasion, thousands of liters of quality wine were spilled out. Later, the distinguished guests sat for an exclusive meal and Yaakov Berg, CEO of Psagot Winery, mentioned that in recent years there has been a growing demand for quality wine with high kashrut standards. Just as the utmost care is taken when creating quality wine, using the best grapes and most advanced equipment, it must also be the same regarding kashrut.

Psagot Winery has announced that its selection of 2016 vintage wines is under the supervision of Badatz Jerusalem Eida Hachareidis.
