The students in The Preschool at Chabad of Fort Lee enjoyed their Purim preparations as much as their celebration. They practiced doing the four Purim Mitzvot that begin with the Hebrew letter MEM. They created their very own Megillat Esther. They discussed what to serve at their Mishteh (Purim Seudah, the special meal eaten on Purim day). They baked Hamentashen to share with friends in the Mishloach Manot baskets they put together to give out on Purim day. And they even made Tzedakah boxes to collect money to give to poor people, Matanote La’Evyonim.
