Quarantine Blues: JFSCNJ Offers Free Virtual Support Program for Teens

Jewish Family Service of Central NJ, (JFSCNJ) will present a free 3-week program titled “Quarantine Blues: A Free Virtual Program for Teens.” It will take place on Mondays, January 31, February 7 and 14, 5:30-6:15 p.m. via Zoom. The presentation will be facilitated by Carina Evans, Delourdes Nicolas and Ruth Ruiz, under the direction of JFSCNJ psychotherapist Phil Baird, MSW, LCSW. The program is free and open to the entire community.

According to the group facilitators, if your teen is tired of continued “social distancing,” this 3-week skill-building workshop will leave them feeling calmer and focused. The group is targeted towards teens ages 13-16.

Jewish Family Service of Central NJ is a non-profit, non-sectarian health and human services agency serving over 10,000 individuals from Union County a year.
