Rabbi Eli Mansour, a leading Sephardic rabbi, will present a shiur on “How to Deal With Envy,” at Congregation Keter Torah on Motzei Shabbos, December 27, at 8 p.m. The shiur will be presented in honor of Ted [Avrohom ben Dov Ber] Mirkhani’s, z’l, first yahrzeit.
