On Memorial Day, Monday, May 29, at 9 a.m., at Congregation Beth Aaron, Rav Hershel Schachter, Rosh Yeshiva at Rabbi Isaac Elchanan Theological Seminary (RIETS), Yeshiva University, will offer a shiur on “Shavuot and Practical Hilchot Yom Tov.” Light refreshments will precede the shiur, which is offered by Daf-a-Week.
