RCRF Dinner Commemorating Yahrzeit of Rachel Imeinu Planned for October 29

All are invited to attend the 23rd annual Rachel’s Children Reclamation Foundation (RCRF) dinner, to be held on Sunday, October 29, at 4 p.m. Reservations and ads are welcome.

Activist Dr. Paul Brody, past recipient of the Rachel Imeinu Bonei Yisrael Award, will be the master of ceremonies. Rabbi Y. Y. Rubinstein will be the keynote speaker. The topic is “Shepherds and Sheep,” inspired by the 23rd Psalm, “The Lord Is My Shepherd.” He will be introduced by Tiferet Levi, a past Young Leadership Awardee and Yaniv Meirov, director of CHAZAQ. Jack Doueck, author of “Chesed Boomerang,” will receive the Rachel Imeinu Chesed Award. He tells, with fantastic anecdotes, that what we give comes back to us with blessings. He will be introduced by Mr. Richard Rudi, Esq. Gershon Veroba will receive the “Breaking the Silence Award.” Alex Chernis will receive the Community Service Award. He will be introduced by Angela Task. Francine Solomon, obm, of Manhattan Beach, Five Towns and Boca Raton, Florida, will be remembered by her daughter Carolyn Deutsch. Vivian Singer, president of the Sisterhood of Manhattan Beach Jewish Center, will recognize the achievements of the MBJC past president.

The dinner will be held at 60 West End Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11235.
