Linking Northern and Central NJ, Bronx, Manhattan, Westchester and CT

Magician Joe Holiday brought that message to Moriah in a fun-filled performance. Grades one through four were treated to an interactive program, in which Joe connected books to magic tricks. “Aaron and Alexander: The Most Famous Duel in American History” translated into a Silly String challenge between student and teacher. One of the “Fairly Fairy Tales” showcased a disappearing and reappearing necklace. Other books mentioned were “The Houdini Box,” “The Strange Case of Origami Yoda,” “The Chocolate Touch” and an actual phone book. Meaningful programs like this one enrich Moriah students’ educational experiences.
