Daniel Lorch of Keller Williams Realty helps people buy and sell homes in Bergen, Passaic and Morris Counties. Originally from Brazil, Lorch has been living in Bergen County for ten years and working as an agent for the last seven. Prior to KW his focus was on real estate investing. He transitioned to sales after a highly successful experience with his own realtor.
“As a realtor, you help people with one of the most important purchases of their lives,” he said. Buying a home can be stressful and having the right agent to guide you through the process is near and dear to most, he added.
Lorch offers clients a deeper insight into a home purchase. “Having experienced purchasing, renovating and reselling homes, I don’t just see a house,” he said. His expertise in home construction helps him see things that others don’t necessarily notice.
Word of mouth is a significant source of business for Lorch, who says his international background has connected him with a diverse clientele. “I love meeting all types of people from different places,” he said. He believes there is a lot we can learn from one another and enjoys educating his clients about the ins and outs of real estate so they feel better prepared for the experience.
According to Lorch, a successful deal relies on teamwork, which is why he only recommends service providers he has had personal experience with. As your agent, he will refer attorneys, mortgage brokers, inspectors and any other vendors that are needed to complete the transaction.
“I want my clients to feel a sense of security throughout the process,” explained Lorch, who from the onset, aims to be as understanding and transparent as possible, a trademark that characterizes the sales team at KW. Lorch can’t say enough about the resources available through the company. “KW is the number one real estate company in North America for a good reason,” he says. They support their agents and clients with a level of professionalism that is unsurpassed by their competitors.
