JEC held a record-breaking Open House last week with students from over 20 different elementary schools in the tri-state area. With a 20% increase in attendance, all were blown away by the outstanding offerings in academics and programming. The evening began with a casual meet and greet, offering prospective parents and students some time to meet each other and all of the school’s ambassadors. Students, parents and teachers came out in droves to represent the school they love. The opening program featured presentations from Rabbi Neuman, school principal, Rabbi Sauber, assistant principal, three students who presented the award-winning STEM program and Arielle Ness, a proud parent. As the night moved on, students and parents learned about everything that makes the school as great as it is. The town hall at the conclusion of the program gave parents an opportunity to ask both current students and parents questions about the JEC experience. “The school just felt real,” said a visiting parent. “I was so comfortable I felt like I didn’t even want to leave.”
