Registration is open for new students for the spring semester at the Bergen County High School of Jewish Studies, a regional Hebrew high school for eighth to 12th graders. Classes are held at Temple Israel in Ridgewood on Sundays, and include ethics, current events, Bible, Jewish philosophy, Israel, Torah and more. Students will have the opportunity to make Jewish friends from towns throughout Bergen County, go on trips, do volunteer work, learn how to deal with threats to Israel and Jews, or just hang out at the bagel break between classes. BCHSJS is the place to be on Sunday mornings where you can discover just how awesome it is to be Jewish. Register now for a new experience. Go to www.bchsjs.org and click on “To register for Spring 2020” to download an application. Questions? Call us at 201-488-0834.
