(Courtesy of Yigal Realty) Hundreds of participants joined the recent webinar, “The Next Chapter in Israel: Retiring to Beit Shemesh,” a practical and inspiring event focused on helping retirees and empty nesters explore life in one of Israel’s fastest-growing and most Anglo-friendly cities.

Hosted by Yigal Realty and My Israel Home, the webinar featured expert guidance from Meir Dombey and Ruthie Yudin — experienced real estate brokers and residents of Beit Shemesh — as well as senior mortgage consultant Davi Katz of Mortgage Israel. Together they addressed everything from housing options and the buying process to financing, retirement planning and community integration.

One of the highlights of the event was the presentation of a unique opportunity within the Eucalyptus project located in Kehilat Nofei HaShemesh, the community led by Rabbi Shalom Rosner.
