Residents at River Vale’s Jewish Home Assisted Living celebrated Assisted Living week with an Ice Cream Social and DJ Rafael! The staff and residents enjoyed the cool treats on the hot day. “I feel like a kid again,” said one resident. “It was like having a Good Humor Truck pull up to the building—so many choices.”

Residents have constructed a model of Jerusalem’s Western Wall and the community is invited to tuck notes with prayers and good wishes into its cracks to be brought to Jerusalem and inserted into the actual Kotel wall.
