RKYHS students have been showing up in a number of ways to support Israel. A contingent of RKYHS students and faculty attended the Community-Wide Rally and Vigil in NYC in support of Israel. The rally was organized in partnership with UJA Federation NY and local Jewish day schools. The energy in the air was palpable as thousands of people gathered in midtown Manhattan with their unwavering commitment to Israel on full display. Large groups of RKYHS students also came out to the Oval in Livingston, for a community-wide rally in support of Israel. JKHA/RKYHS was a supporting organization at the event and Rabbi Macabbe Avishur, RKYHS principal represented the school within the community, leading tefillot to the thousands-strong crowd in attendance.
