The RKYHS AP U.S. Government class took a field trip to the Essex County Family Court to be able to see the judicial system firsthand. Students had an opportunity to study the checks and balances of the judiciary. They reviewed due process rights for a  judicial warrant and observed a family law case about modifying a marriage agreement.
