RKYHS Student Artwork Chosen for Public Exhibits

Student artwork from students in the RKYHS art track has recently been selected for public exhibitions. Each season, the New Jersey Performing Arts Center has been the home to a rotating exhibition of student artwork, curated by the Art Educators of New Jersey (AENJ). Up to 30 works of art are selected from students in public and private schools around the state for display in the lobby of NJPAC. Artwork by RKYHS 11th grader Eliana Lundner was selected for this exhibition and a celebratory program was held as well for all the works on display.

Essex County celebrated Youth Art Month and recently hosted a celebration at the Essex County Courthouse in Newark with executives from the county. RKYHS 11th graders Tara Cantor and Noa Bitansky, whose work is being shown on display at the Essex County Courthouse attended along with peers from across Essex County schools.
