RKYHS Students Committed to Water Quality Safety

The Rae Kushner Yeshiva High School AP environmental students went to Sandy Hook National Park to perform WQI testing (water quality index). The visit was part of a series of 9 scientific data collection tests where the students are working as environmental scientists to prove how safe and clean the water is for both drinking and recreational use. This is important because Sandy Hook is a large recreational destination during the spring and summer months where people can visit and even camp out overnight and it is vital to ensure the safe quality of the water.
