The students and faculty of RKYHS were honored to hear from Professor Nathan Aviezer, a professor of physics and former chairman of the physics department at Bar Ilan University. Professor Aviezer is a noted author and speaker on subjects relating to the interplay of science and Torah.

He first met with select students and teachers who participate in Torah and Science vaadim, a number of which have been reading his books as part of their course of study. He then addressed the entire student body on the subject of the Anthropic Principle, which argues that scientific findings show that the universe looks as if it were specifically designed to permit human beings to exist.
