RKYHS students had the privilege of hearing from inspiring Jewish-Israel Rights Activist Rudy Rochman for a SEED speaker session. Rochman began by describing his mission to narrate the story of the Jewish people the correct way. With an immense following and influence, particularly amongst college-age students, Rochman has dedicated his life to speaking out against antisemitism on college campuses and other intellectual spaces. In his captivating talk, he empowered students to effect change and make a difference when it comes to antisemitism and defending Israel. By sharing his experiences, his conclusions and his accessible and sensible action plan, he emboldened students to use that to change things on the ground for themselves. Rochman spoke to the senior class separately as the first in a series of speakers for their Senior Sessions, designed to help prepare the seniors for their next stage post-high school.
