The RKYHS Homeless Awareness Club resumed their frequent visits to Newark. Throughout the year they run clothing and food collections and head to the streets of Newark and Irvington to distribute what they’ve collected. Last week, the student volunteers handed out food and clothes to those in need at the Second Home Shelter in Newark and spent time with those experiencing homelessness.
