RKYHS students had the honor of hearing from survivors from the October 7 attack on Israel. Shani Teshuva from Kibbutz Zikin and Rony Kisin from Kerem Shalom described their experience on that harrowing day. They spoke about the horrific and tragic events where they lost so many from their kibbutz communities and detailed some of the bravery and miracles that they experienced. Students were privileged to have the opportunity to hear the voices of the survivors, those that stood in the face of evil and fought through the impossible reality of the massacre and war. RKYHS continues to be committed to showing support for these true heroes and the entire people of Israel.
