Members of the RKYHS Habitat for Humanity club were thrilled to be able to volunteer at an outdoor work site. Club members went to Morris Plains, New Jersey and assisted in the building of a house. They were involved in the initial stages of building the kitchen in the house. The students were also busy with cleaning, organizing and hauling materials for the worksite, preparing the house for the next stage of its construction. Once completed, the subsidized house will be offered to a family in need through the Habitat for Humanity organization.
